About Me

I still remember that first cross country race back in primary school, the smell of the fresh cut grass, the morning dew glistening off of the grass, the nervous tingling crawling its way through my skin. The prize on offer, a Mars bar for the top 10 finishers. For an 8 year old this was the dream, my love of running had begun.

Running has always been an outlet for me, I  have struggled with anxiety since my late teens. I know a lot of you have gone through similar or even more difficult hardships in life. Running long distances has taught me so much about life, love, loss and everything in between, it has allowed me to become a better athlete and even more so a better person. I have had the privilege of running many, 200 mile, 100 mile and 100km events, including the opportunity to complete the Triple Crownunder of 200 milers in 2023 and have had many finishes at the pointy end of the field. I am extremley passionate about helping runners build self-confidence to chase their wildest dreams and goals and providing the tools and structure to grow as a runner and human year in year out. I am a certified UESCA Ultrarunning coach with several specialisation courses completed in ultrarunning psychology and sports nutrition through this organisations as well.

My goal is to not only make you a better athlete, but also to help you enjoy and cherish your running journey so that you continue to flourish and love the sport for the years to come. This is a safe place where you can be vulnerable and be your beautiful authentic self. I will help you to overcome obstacles and self-limiting thoughts, become physically and mentally fitter and create a sustainable plan to reach your goals. Together we will help you reach your potential.
